For website templates purchased through our service:

• You receive a single-site license for use on one domain
• The template code may be modified for your specific needs
• Resale or redistribution of the template is prohibited
• We retain copyright of the original template code

3.2 Custom Projects

For custom development projects:

• Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the completed project
• We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio
• Source code ownership is transferred as specified in project agreement

3.3 Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) used in projects are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Quotes

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4.2 Payment Schedule

For custom projects, the following payment schedule applies:

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 25% upon design approval
• 25% upon project completion before delivery

4.3 Late Payments

Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge and may result in suspension of services.

5. Project Process and Timelines

5.1 Project Initiation

Projects begin upon receipt of deposit and all required materials from the client.

5.2 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5.3 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client response times
• Scope changes
• Technical complexities
• Third-party dependencies

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner
• Appoint a single point of contact for project communication
• Provide clear feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Obtain necessary licenses for any third-party assets used

7. Warranties and Limitations

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. All custom code is tested for functionality in modern browsers.

7.2 Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party software, plugins, or services
• Client-provided content accuracy
• Website performance on outdated browsers
• Issues arising from client modifications
• Force majeure events

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

8.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• Work completed up to termination point will be invoiced
• Deposits are non-refundable
• All project materials remain our property until final payment

• Client fails to make timely payments
• Client violates these terms
• Client becomes abusive or unreasonable

9. Maintenance and Support

9.1 Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes related to our work. Support does not include:

• New features or functionality
• Training or content updates
• Issues caused by client modifications
• Third-party software issues

9.2 Ongoing Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance plans are available separately. Terms for maintenance services are outlined in individual maintenance agreements.

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential all proprietary information provided by the client, except when required by law or with client permission.

The client agrees that we may display completed work in our portfolio and use project details for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Governing Law
